Notes:

Pours a deep amber with a slight haze and good carbonation. It has a thin tight off white head. Aroma is slightly roasted with sweet toffee notes almost candy like. It has a medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet with the toffee from the aroma showing followed by a mild bitterness and a fruity note that seems to have a nice Belgian feel. Aftertaste is more of the toffee and Belgian yeast. Overall this one turned out great, it's very Dubbel like just a little less complex.
