Special Instructions

1.
Lauter, continuous sparge for 60 minutes, collect 6.5 G preboil volume.
2.
Boil 60 minutes, using additions schedule.
3.
Add whirlfloc and immersion chiller (if using) at 15 min.
4.
Cool to 60*, oxygenate, pitch yeast
5.
Ferment @55* for 10-14 days, until FG is reached
6.
Allow to rise to 68* for 2-3 days for diaceytyl rest
7.
Drop temp 3* everyday until at 35*, lager 2-4 months.
