Special Instructions

1.
1 oz. cacao nibs and 18g medium toast oak cubes
2.
Soak oak and nibs in bourbon one week, add to secondary
3.
25g Sumatra coffee, make cold brew for 24 hours
4.
Add coffee at bottling/kegging
5.
Bottle with 40g corn sugar
6.
Age beer 4 weeks minimum
7.
Use Makers Mark Bourbon if possible
