  3. Heat mash water to 158F to get 150F mash temp

  7. Boil Add: First hop addition @ 60 min
  8. Boil Add: Second hop addition @ 30 min
  9. Boil Add: Irish moss @ 20 min
  10. Boil Add: Second hop addition @ 10 min
  11. Boil Add: Yeast Nutrient @ 10 min
  12. Boil Add: Wort Chiller @ 10 min
  13. Boil Add: Second hop addition @ 1 min
  14. Dry hop: Addition 1 Leave in for 11 days
  15. Dry hop: Addition 2 leave in for 5 days

    Checked gravity 2/19 (before bottling): 1.011 - 8% ABV

    Shot for 2.4 Vol of CO2. Had 2.75 gallons of beer to bottle. Added 2.43 Oz of Corn Sugar. After 1.5 weeks still not carbed up. Could be due to cold crashing for 48 hours, but not sure.

    Didn't carbonate because priming sugar didn't get mixed in
