Special Instructions

1.
(12/9/2018) Brought 2.75 gallons water to boil.
2.
Added solids and syrup at 60 minutes (left of boil).
3.
Added 1 oz Saaz Hops at 48 minutes
4.
Added dextrose at 20 minutes.
5.
Added Irish Moss (0.066 oz) at 15 minutes.
6.
At flame-out, chilled with wort chiller till 60F.
7.
Added water to wort to bring to 5.25 gallons.
8.
Aerated for 10 minutes then pitched yeast.
9.
Fermented at 50-55 F.
10.
Fermentation finished (12/29/18), moved beer to glass carboy (Diacetyl rest) at 65 F for 1 day.
11.
(12/30/18) Lagered at 50 F for for 8 days.
12.
(12/6/18) Lagered at 45 F for for 20 days.
13.
(1/28/2019) Racked in Keg with CO2.
