Special Instructions

Use about a 1/3 cup of corn sugar for priming (a little over)

Mash at 150 F for 60 minutes

Then stir boiling water into grain bed until temp reaches 168 F and rest for 5 minutes

Recirculate, lauter, batch sparge at 170 F
