    Mash Steps

    Heat 4.2L to 76'C for strike water
    Place bag of grain into strike water and mash for 90Minutes at 66'C
    Heat additional 3.2L for spare water to 76'C
    Drain grain into Sparge water than combined wort and Sparge Water to begin boil
    Begin boiling adding hops when recipe call for
    When boil is complete chill to 24'C
    Take 50mls of wort and add 4grams of yeast and sit for 30 minutes for rehyrdation
    transfer to fermentor and Pitch Yeast
