Special Instructions

Soak oak and diced vanilla beans in bourbon one week
2.
Add to secondary for one more week

Bottle with 3.33 oz. corn sugar

Hopheads= double 60 min. and 15 min. hop

Hopheads=or just urinate directly into wort
6.
Age this beer 4 weeks minimum
7.
Use Makers Mark bourbon for best results
8.
Strike water at 170, mash at 154, batch sparge 170
9.
Chocolate malt was Simpsons Chocolate 375-450L
