Special Instructions

  1. Soak 3.33 oz cacao nibs in bourbon 2 weeks
  2. Add drunken nibs in fermentor just before bottling/kegging
  3. Make cold brew coffee with 3.33 oz Sumatra for 24 hrs.
  4. Add coffee at bottling/kegging
  5. 3.33 oz corn sugar for bottling
  6. Age this beer 4 weeks minimum---
  7. Hopheads=do not add more hops or you'll f@!& it up
  8. Chocolate malt for current batch is English 375L from NB
  9. 4 and a half gallons strike water heated to 175 for mash
  10. Mash at 153
  11. 2 gallons batch sparge at 170
  12. Pour one very large glass of beer
  13. Bark at the moon
