Special Instructions

  1. Steep Crystal in at 65c 20mins
  2. Take off heat and discard grain
  3. Add Extract
  4. Bring to Boil
  5. Adding bill of hops over 60 mins
  6. Flame off and chill wort
  7. Add to carboy, top off with water
  8. Add yeast
  9. Ferment until done, rest 2 weeks
  10. Dry hop for 7 days
