A California Common Style beer made with our favorite hops (Chinook and Cascade) grown in our Route 46 field and including our heritage hop which came from a neighbor up the Route 46 Bear Path hill. It is named Clark in honor of the Clark family and the quarry which at one time overlooked our property. In the final 1 BBL version it uses 16 oz of hops and is dry hopped 16 days, in memory of Dick Clark and his #16 stock car and 66 pounds of grain and a 66 minute boil in tribute to our brother-in-law Ron' Green's #66 stock car. Our secret ingredient - 16 oz of local Route 46 maple syrup to boost the ABV.
