1.036 Sweet, biscuity, soft and floral. Tastes amazing.

Notes:

I over boiled and undershot my mash water. Pull out of boil was 3.75 gallons at about 1.075. I boiled just over a gallon of water and added to fermenter and was right on th 1.057 OG. Pitching yeast early 9/6.
