Fluffed this up twice.Didnt add the steel braid to my mash tun OR my boil kettle.Solved the mash tun issue relatively easily, boil kettle is going to be far less fun.Did a yeast starter for the lager yeast, pitching saison from the packet.Will allow the lager to primary in a normal ferm bin at room temp for 4 days then move to secondary in a keg in a fridge at 10c for at least a week.Didnt get the post boil wort yield quantity i wanted, so the pilsener got the majority of the wort.
