all is going according to planexpect i messed up the mash water treatment as i lost count of how much i put in my lauter tun so readded it back to the 25 litres in the kettle. diluting the gypsum i put in there. only a problem as i overestimated water as last time i didnt have enough and this time i treated it i need more vesselsalso activated the yeast now, should probably look to making starters from now on.added 18 litres of strike water at 71 degrees. small lie to children - i upped the ...
