Love it nice saison some mild peppery mixed with fruity flavor a and just tart enough to be really nice will be awesome eating sloppy ribs or bbq chicken outside this summer

Nice carbonation accentuates dryness four weeks from birth usually my saison so need 6-8 but love it already

    will add a soured portion of 10 percent for spark, idea from Soma .. nhc sugar and sour will be added together a day or so after start of ferment

    Soured 20%. In bottle. Smelled and tasted tart. Should be nice. Fg 1.007 3.5 carb bottle conditioned , fingers crossed
