Second in base malt series, first Full Pint, lower Victory, no boil. 0 - Pitch 11/15 72 - End temp 11/18 Day 6,7,8 - Dry Hop 11/21,22,23 Day 12 - Swirl 11/27 Day 14 - Bottle 11/29 Day 24 - Drink 12/9 OG 7.9 FG 4.1 Forgot to Swirl on day 10, hopefully that does not overdo it on the dry hops. Bottling tastes thin, somewhat bitter, very clean.
