Double mill grains

Mash 148F 60 minutes. Disturb grain bed every 5-10 minutes.

Boil 60 minutes. Add amarillo at top of boil. Add azacca at 0 minutes.

Ferment above 60F for two weeks.

Made a starter out of the two liquid yeast packets because they were expired.
