Special Instructions

1.
Strike grains with 5.2 gallons of water at 169
2.
Mash at 155 for 60 minutes, stir q 15 minutes
3.
Vorlauf and Lauter 3.3 gallons in first runnings
4.
Add 3.2 gals of 170 Sparge water; steep 20 min.
5.
Vorlauf-Lauter 3.2 gallons in 2nd runnings
6.
Combined runnings should be 6.5 gallons
7.
Boil wort, add 1 oz Tettnang at 30 minutes
8.
Add Hallertau, Wyeast at 15 minutes
9.
Add Whirlfloc at 10 Minutes
10.
Stop boil at 60, start cooldown to 70 Degrees
11.
Pitch yeast, agitate/ oxygenate, ferment 14 days
12.
Dry hop 1 El Dorado day 15. Ferment 5-7 days
13.
Take reading with Hydrometer, record it
14.
Time to bottle, add corn sugar before bottling.
15.
Let bottles ferment at least 7-10 days, taste test.
