OG was 1030 or 4% according to my hydrometer

5/3/2025 9:46:36 PMleft airlock partially assembled on top of ferm until wort was at room temp, then fully assembled air lock
5/3/2025 9:47:27 PMpH was kept to ~5 from mash to fermenter
