I first came up with this recipe in 2017. Mostly making fun of MAGA and their Cheeto in Chief. I played around with the SRM until I got it more orange than red. Depending on where I am serving this at, I will use the name Wry Irish Red.
1.Batch sparge: 2.75 Gallons for mash @ 155 for 30 minutes; 2 gallons @ 170 for 15 minutes; 1 gallons for 7 minutes; additional @ 170 to get to 5.5 gallons
2.Add Liberty hops, then honey, at flame out - can use more honey to bring up to desired OG
