The intended flavor profile is a toasty, light malt sweetness with a crisp and clean grain flavor. Mild hop bitterness to balance the malt leaving only a slight hop flavor. The alcohol content is 4%. Sized for 12 bottles. Similar to blonde ale style.

Mash at 150 for 90 minutes in bag with stirring

Mashout at 165 - 170 F for 10 min.

Drain bag for 10 min suspended over pot - twist to compress

Boil for 60 minutes

Chill wort to pitching temp of 68 F.
6.
Pitch yeast and ferment at 68 F. until complete
