Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Heat 3.5 gallons of water to 160°F
2.
Mash grains in bag at 145°F- 155°F for 1 hour
3.
Sparge the grains with 2 gallons of 180°F water
4.
Squeeze the grain bag
5.
Boil Wort for 40 Minutes (clean grain bag in the mean time)
6.
Add amarillo Hops and boil for 10 minutes
7.
Add Magnium hops and boil for 10 more minutes
8.
Cool wort to 68°F
9.
Move wort to fermentor and shake the wort to oxidize
10.
Add yeast
11.
Ferment for 14 days then bottle
