Special Instructions

Dried peel and lemon grass boiled for 15 mins in 2lts water then added to -

Munton's hopped Wheat beer kit plus Muntons Maris Otter Pale extract

Made up to 22lts with cold water. Yeast pitched at 20C with Pure Brew SG 1.042

Put into cellar and fermented at 20C. Finished after 7 days. Racked. SG1.014
5.
Cold crashed on 23rd March, 11 days after making.
6.
Bottled on 29th March. Primed with 65gms Dec. & boiled Lemongrass water SG1.014
