Mill millet using gap setting of 0.65 – 0.70 mm (.026" - .028")

Mill rice using gap settings of 0.90 – 0.95 mm (.035" - .037")

Bring 8 gallons of water to ~172F (6 gallons [1.5qt water/1lb grain] 2 gal [false bottom space])

Add room temp grain/rice hulls and stir

check mash temp (~160F)

Add 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of SEBAmyl 100 & 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of SEBAmyl L
9.
Hold mash @ 163.4F for 120 minutes

Prepare sparge water @ 168F

As wort is collected, pour sparge water over grain to get desired boil volume

@ 30 mins add 1oz Northern Brewer

@ 5 mins add 1 whirlfloc
