Special Instructions

  1. PH 5.32, Sulfate: 131, Chloride: 98, Calcium: 91, Magnesium: 6, Sodium: 31
  2. Mash at 154 for more sweetness, IBU reduced slightly
  3. Flameout hops whirlpool for 20 mins
  4. 130 ppm chloride, 75 ppm sulfate, but there is flexibility here. Overall go for more chloride than sulfate if you want that softer mouth feel (along with those flaked oats/wheat). Also consider swapping the 2 row for golden promise.
  5. Ferment at 64F fo 3 Days, 68F for 2 Days and 74F for 8 Days
  6. Add DME prior to boil.
  7. Carb at 32 psi for 2 days plus 1 at 20psi. Then set to 14psi
  8. Add 2oz comet hops in keg.
