Special Instructions

  1. Mash all grains for 1 hour at 150 degrees.
  2. Sparge at 168 degrees.
  3. One hour boil with hop regimen above.
  4. Ferment at 63-68 degrees for 1 week.
  5. Rack to secondary with dry hops for 2 weeks.
  6. Rack to keg, cold crash for 3 days.
