Special Instructions
- Mash all grains for 1 hour at 150 degrees.
- Sparge at 168 degrees.
- One hour boil with hop regimen above.
- Ferment at 63-68 degrees for 1 week.
- Rack to secondary with dry hops for 2 weeks.
- Rack to keg, cold crash for 3 days.
