Special Instructions

  1. Heat 5.5 gallons of strike water to approx. 160 deg F
  2. Add some strike water to mash tun/cooler to pre-heat cooler
  3. Add remaining strike water to cooler
  4. Slowing add grains while stirring
  5. Mash at 150 deg. F for 60 minutes
  6. Drain cooler; vorlauf until runnings are clear; slowly recirculate
  7. Add 4 gallons of sparge water at approx. xxx deg. F; stir; let rest for 10 minutes
  8. Drain cooler; vorlauf until runnings are clear; slowly recirculate
