Special Instructions

  1. Steep character grains at 160F for 30 minutes
  2. Add malt extract following grain steep and acidify to a pH of 5.3
  3. Add whirlfloc and yeast nutrient at 15 minutes left of boil
  4. Add honey and cascade hops at flame out, lid on for 10 minutes then dump to fermenter
