Special Instructions
- Steep character grains at 160F for 30 minutes
- Add malt extract following grain steep and acidify to a pH of 5.3
- Add whirlfloc and yeast nutrient at 15 minutes left of boil
- Add honey and cascade hops at flame out, lid on for 10 minutes then dump to fermenter
