  1. Mash at 152F for 60 minutes
  2. Make sure to chill to 67F before pitch
  3. Ferment 2 weeks at 67F
  4. Dry hop after 2 weeks for ~5 days and then keg
  5. Add Carafa to last 10 minutes of mash
