Bud Light Clone - will probably add the zest of 3-4 limes at 5 minutes to make this a Bud Light Lime. Brewed this today, Overshot my mash temp at 150.6 mashed for 90 minutes, stirred at 30 and 60 temp at 30 was 146.7, at 60 was 144.3, at 90 was 144.1. Boiled 90 minutes added Whirflock and Yeast Nutrient at 15 and Aroma, Flavor hops at 5 along with the zest of 3 limes. Hit an Original Gravity of 1.038. Will add gelatin with 3 or 4 days left in secondary to clear it up. Decided to "dry hop" with the zest of 3 more limes. This has just a bit more body and sweetness than a Bud Light Lime, leave those two out and it would be dead on in color and close if flavor, although this would still have a better lime flavor.
