Original version of this recipe was hopped with Summit and Willamette, from a brewing standpoint it was exactly what I was trying to make, however, from a flavor standpoint the Summit hops were overpowering in a very unpleasant way. Onion and Garlic all the way in this beer. I couldn't taste the Willamette at all just Onion and Garlic. It was pretty bad. I've updated this base recipe with Citra and Centennial, Mitch Steele mentioned that it was a great combo in his interview with Basic Brewing Radio after his IPA book came out. I'll try this in a hopbursted version and see how it comes out.
