I was going to make a red IPA with old school craft beer hops, Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade, but I ran out of Columbus and wanted to keep them in the dry hop so i replaced Columbus in the boil with Comet. I sealed the Chinook before i got my dry hop ounce so I replaced that with an ounce of leftover Ahtanum. Comet is a very interesting hop and while i had my heart set on an early craft IPA, I think this will be just fine.
