Special Instructions

  1. Ferment for 7-10 days. Soak 2.5 lb raspberries in 200F water for 10 minutes. Drain and crush in bottom of fermenter. Rack beer on top of raspberries for 4 days.
  2. SG = [Wfruit X (Psugar/100) X 45]/Vbeer. SG = [3*(7/100)*45]/5.5 = 1.7SG
