Special Instructions

  1. Mash at 147 for 1 hour with more strike water to use less sparge water
  2. Cool wort to 65 f and pitch yeast starter. ( oxygenate well )
  3. Keep primary fermentation at 62 until after high krausen.
  4. Raise temp to 70 f after high krausen for 2 days.
  5. Transfer to keg when F.G. is down to 1.010 and add gelatin for clarification.
  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes at 35 f.
  7. Enjoy!
