Special Instructions

  1. Heat 7.5 gallons of water to 152 degrees and cruch grains
  2. Add grains to water and mash at 150 for 60 minutes
  3. Increase heat to 170 to mash out
  4. Mash out at 170 for 10 minutes
  5. Increase temperature to 214 degrees and raise grain basket to drain
  6. When boil occurs set duration for 20 mins
  7. Add .7 ounces of Amarillo hops with 60 mins left in boil
  8. With 15 minutes left in boil add Whirlfloc
  9. When boil is complete begin whirlpool and add 1 ounce of Amarillo hops
