Special Instructions
- Heat 7.5 gallons of water to 152 degrees and cruch grains
- Add grains to water and mash at 150 for 60 minutes
- Increase heat to 170 to mash out
- Mash out at 170 for 10 minutes
- Increase temperature to 214 degrees and raise grain basket to drain
- When boil occurs set duration for 20 mins
- Add .7 ounces of Amarillo hops with 60 mins left in boil
- With 15 minutes left in boil add Whirlfloc
- When boil is complete begin whirlpool and add 1 ounce of Amarillo hops
