- Fermentar a 19ºC y subir a 21ºC cuando termine
- x2 sobres levadura Safale-04
- Coco en el fermentador a los 6 días (últimos puntos de densidad) durante 1 semana
- A los 9 días subida a 21ºC
- A los 14 días 1.030 con burbujeo muy lento. Sabor a coco fuerte en retrogusto, aroma no agradable y sabor no especialmente rico, con sensación mantecosa en boca
- A los 19 días embotellé con DF de 1.029 con mejora en sabores, aunque el coco se nota bastante
ABV-> 8.7% (Atenuación de 70% para Safale S-04, su límite)
