I don't normally use LME but recently bought a can of Brewer's Best (Cooper's) Dark LME, not thinking at all. If anything, Light LME would've been more useful. This recipe was concocted to make the best use of the Dark LME - an alternate version of my Robust Porter. The boil time, bittering hop variety and hop schedule may change before brew day.
