Special Instructions
- Decoction mash: mash in ~133 degrees,
- Pull ~1/3 of the thick mash. Bring to mid-to-high 150's, let sig ~10 minutes, boil for ~15 minutes and add back to the mash to bring temp to ~148.
- Pull ~1/3 of the mash again, bring to a boil, add back to bring temp to the mid-to-high 150's F.
