Special Instructions
- 5 oz Carapils = 0.3125 lb.
- Add wort chiller at 15 minutes
- Add Whirlfloc at 15 minutes and wait for hotbreak before proceeding with Step 3.
- Add Hop #3 at 15 minutes
- Flame Out. NO HOPS. Chill wort to approx. 175° before proceeding with Step 4.
- Add Hop #5 (Hop Stand) and set timer for 15 minutes.
