Special Instructions
- Mash at 68c for 60 Minutes.
- Ferment at 18c.
- After 7 days dry hop.
- Keg and carbonate at 10psi at 5c for 7 - 10 days to mature
- Drink
- Make a 4ltr starter with the yeast and
- After a further 7 days raise temperature 1c per day until 22c.
- After a total of 21 days of fernetation check FG is within 1.008 and 1.012.
