Special Instructions
- Mash grains at 65C with 13.6liters strike water at 68C (2.61L/Kg).
- Boil rice/corn with 780g of main grain weight in cereal mash for 30min
- Add cereal mash back to main mash for 65C for 60 mins sacc rest
- Mashout 76C. Lauter / Sparge drain. 60 min boil with Saaz hops
