Special Instructions

  1. Make wort with no hops, chill wort to 75, add sour yeast for 2 and days
  2. After souring, boil 1 hour, adding hops per schedule. Ferment 3 days with BE-134 yeast
  3. Add apricot puree after high krausen, ( 3 days), ferment 10 more days
  4. Soak oak cubes in chardonnay 1 week, add to secondary for 1 more week
  5. Bottle with 3.33 oz. corn sugar
  6. Pour two beers, and share with a loved one
  7. I mean drink both to your head
  8. Now pour another glass for that someone special
  9. And drink that glass to your head
  10. Call that someone special and tell them you ran out of beer
