Special Instructions
- Make wort with no hops, chill wort to 75, add sour yeast for 2 and days
- After souring, boil 1 hour, adding hops per schedule. Ferment 3 days with BE-134 yeast
- Add apricot puree after high krausen, ( 3 days), ferment 10 more days
- Soak oak cubes in chardonnay 1 week, add to secondary for 1 more week
- Bottle with 3.33 oz. corn sugar
- Pour two beers, and share with a loved one
- I mean drink both to your head
- Now pour another glass for that someone special
- And drink that glass to your head
- Call that someone special and tell them you ran out of beer
