Special Instructions

  1. Prep 40 litres of tap water with 1 dissolved Campden tablet day before brewing (use this for all your water on brew day)
  2. BIAB Mash in 7 litres for 60 mins @68c (@76c strike)
  3. Cold sparge with up to 4 litres to bring to a 8.5-9 litre boil size
  4. Boil then cool wort
  5. Top up to 23 litres with prepped water
