Special Instructions
- Put souring yeast into beer and ferment with no hops for 2 days
- Reboil beer with hops 60 minutes and cool to 70 degrees
- Ferment 2 weeks with WB-06 yeast
- Bottle with 4.5 oz corn sugar
- Soak 2 oz. toasted oak cubes in 10 oz. of Chardonnay for two weeks. Add at bottling
