Special Instructions
- Soak oak and diced vanilla beans in bourbon for several weeks {2 months?}
- Add to secondary for one more week
- Bottle with 3.33 oz. corn sugar
- Hopheads= double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
- Hopheads=or just urinate directly into wort
- Age this beer 4 weeks minimum
- Use Makers Mark bourbon for best results
- Strike water at 170, mash at 154, batch sparge 170
- Chocolate malt was Simpsons Chocolate 350L
