Special Instructions

  1. Soak oak and diced vanilla beans in bourbon for several weeks {2 months?}
  2. Add to secondary for one more week
  3. Bottle with 3.33 oz. corn sugar
  4. Hopheads= double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
  5. Hopheads=or just urinate directly into wort
  6. Age this beer 4 weeks minimum
  7. Use Makers Mark bourbon for best results
  8. Strike water at 170, mash at 154, batch sparge 170
  9. Chocolate malt was Simpsons Chocolate 350L
