Special Instructions
- Pulverise all adjuncts and add water with 450g of the mixed malt
- Mixture should be runny.
- Heat mixture to 50C, close pot, turn off fire and hold 15mins
- Turn on fire and heat to 65C. Flame off. Cover pot and hold 15mins.
- Turn on fire and boil the mini mash for 60 minutes
- Heat separate kettle to mash temp 64C, add remaining malt and mash
- Add water to mini mash to cool down to 64C.
- Combine mini mash with main mash for 90 minutes.
- Boil 90 minutes add hops after 30 mins. Chill to 20C and pitch.
