These 15 Minute Ales, using only DME and some steeping grains, taste amazing. Beer snobs would call these "middle of the road" beers, but that's ok, since that is precisely the goal. This is what I want for my day to day beer and better still, the recipes are easily tailored for strength. I like to have two or three different strengths of this stuff on hand at all times.
