Special Instructions
- Bring 9.5 gallons to 157.5 f. Strike mash with 4 gallons
- Let mash sit for 1 hour at 146 f then collect wort
- Bring remaining water to 170 f and batch sparge
- Bring wort to boil for 15 min
- Add 1 ounce Saaz and boil for 1 hour
- Add 1 ounce cascade at last 10 min of boil
- Add Whirlfloc at last 10 min of boil
- Chill wort to 70 f and pitch starter yeast
- Use 7 ounces of dextrose to carbonate batch if bottling
