Special Instructions

  1. 3.33 oz. cacao nibs and 3 oz medium toast oak cubes
  2. Soak oak cubes, vanilla bean, and nibs in bourbon one week, add to secondary
  3. 3.33 oz Sumatra coffee, make cold brew for 24 hours
  4. Add coffee at bottling/kegging
  5. Bottle with 3 oz corn sugar
  6. Age beer 4 weeks minimum
  7. Hopheads=double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
  8. Hopheads= or just urinate directly into wort
  9. Use Makers Mark Bourbon for best results
