A mid-strength brew that will refresh you. I did not use my preferred 15 Minute and 5 Minute hops - Simcoe and Amarillo - due to the cost of those hops, and the fact that I had others on hand in need of use. Experimenting with late malt addition again as well, with the hope that a lower gravity boil will result in better hop utilization.
